Day 01

Welcome aboard Air Tours Holiday’s‘Europe’ tour, in London – capital of England. Visit the Swaminarayan Temple.

Bon voyage! Start your fun-filled tour of Europe. Arrive in London and proceed to your hotel ON YOUR OWN. Check-in post 1400 hrs. Visit the intricately designed and glorious temple made of white Italian Carrara marble – The Swaminarayan Temple.

Tonight enjoya delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 02

Enjoy the many sights of London on your guided tour. Visit the world-renowned Madame Tussaud’s wax museum. Travel in style on board a ferry to Holland.

After a continental breakfast, we check out and leave for a guided city tour with an expert English - speaking local guide who will explain to you all the highlights of London’s landmarks: the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, the River Thames and more. This afternoon, you have a choice to have Indian meal for lunch.

Later, This evening you will visit the world-renowned Madame Tussaud’s wax museum which houses a unique collection of the world’s largest wax works of famous personalities, including India’s top leaders and film stars. Next we drive to the port to board your ferry to Holland. After a delicious Indian dinner on board the ferry, you can linger in the various shops or enjoy the wide range of entertainment available for all ages.

Day 03

Amsterdam – a city full of surprises! Explore Amsterdam on an exciting canal cruise. Visit Keukenhof till 17th May. 18th May onwards, visit Madurodam - Holland in miniature. Then proceed to Brussels, the capital of the European Union.

After a continental breakfast on board, disembark the ferry. Then sit back and relax in your coach as we proceed to Amsterdam. On arrival, board your glass -topped boat as we sail through the canals for an exciting canal cruise. The city’s colorful past comes alive with its 1,000 bridges and fine old houses on your tour of Amsterdam. This afternoon for lunch enjoy a hot Indian meal. Next, proceed to Lisse village to visit Keukenhof – the largest spring garden in the world. Bulbs of colorful tulips bloom only till May 17th. Be enchanted by the indoor floral display and colorful flower beds amongst ancient trees. 18th May onwards we take you to visit Madurodam, where you can see most of the Holland in miniature, replicated in minute detail on a 1:25 scale. Visit a cheese farm and wooden shoe factory. See a demonstration of how cheese is made and wooden shoes are carved out of wooden blocks. You also have a chance to savour some cheese. Enroute, stop at a windmill-the most common sight in Holland for a photograph. Next proceed to Brussels to visit the world renowned Grand Place and the legendary Mannekin Pis status. A photostop at the Atomium is also included.

This evening after a delicious hot Indian dinner, drive to your hotel and check in.

Day 04

Visit the biggest Gothic Cathedral in Europe – the Cologne Cathedral. A romantic cruise on the River Rhine. Next, visit Alstadt in Heidelberg – with its old time appeal.

After a continental breakfast, check out and proceed to Cologne. Visit the impressive Cologne Cathedral, a fine example of amazing Gothic architecture. Today, after a hot Indian meal for lunch we proceed to board your scenic cruise on the River Rhine. Cruising down the Rhine, you will pass steep slopes covered with vineyards. Next, proceed to Heidelberg, situated on the banks of the river Neckar. On arrival stroll down Alstadt to get a feel of real European experience of the past.

This evening, enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at a restaurant.

Day 05

Swarovski Museum – the headquarters of crystals, in picturesque Austria at the crossroads of Europe(01st May onwards). Next, proceed to scenic Innsbruck.

This morning, after a continental breakfast, check out and proceed to Wattens, where you will visit the world famous Swarovski Crystal Museum. Enjoy a fascinating experience in to the ‘world of crystals’. An experience that leaves you amazed at the dazzling glitter as you walk through this museum. A great opportunity to buy a souvenir for your family. Today, Indian lunch will be provided. Later, continue on your journey towards picturesque Innsbruck. On arrival, see the Golden Roof and the Maria Theresien Strasse. Stroll on cobblestone pathways and get a feel of old-world European charm. The splendid scenes of the Alps in the background are a perfect picture-postcard setting.

This evening, enjoy a hot delicious Indian meal for dinner.

Day 06

Romantic Venice – crossed by canals and beautiful monuments. World famous gondola ride included !!

After a continental breakfast at the hotel, check-out and board the coach as we drive you to Venice. On arrival at the pier, board a boat to proceed to the heart of the traditional city of Venice – The St. Mark’s Square. On arrival, admire the St. Mark’s Square with the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs. Also visit the Murano Glass showroom. You will be taken on an unforgettable gondola ride through the smaller canals for a true picture of this lagoon city. Indian lunch will be provided. Return back to the pier and continue your drive to Padova.

Tonight, enjoy hot Indian dinner. We then drive to your hotel and check-in.

Day 07

Re-live the history of Rome in this ancient city’s great landmarks. Marvel at the Colosseum. Visit the world’s smallest country – the Vatican City which includes the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and the magnificent St. Peter’s Church.

After a continental breakfast in your hotel check out and sit back and relax in your coach as we drive to Rome. After a hot Indian meal for lunch on arrival proceed with an English - speaking guide to the Vatican City– the smallest country in the world. (Shorts or sleeveless vests not allowed.) First stop at the Vatican Museum, with a visit to the world -famous Sistine Chapel - a pure source of inspiration for art lovers and tourists alike, specially included on your tour. This will be followed by a visit to the holy Church of St. Peter’s – the incomparable home of architectural and artistic masterpieces by Michelangelo and Bernini, which will leave you awestruck. Next, see the Colosseum known for its gladiator fights. Later, discover many of the renowned attractions of Rome – the Victor Emmanuel monument on Piazza Venezia under which lies the Tomb of the unknown soldier, Circus Maximus known for its chariot races, the ancient ruins of Roman Forum and many more.

Day 08

Guided city tour of Florence – the cradle of the Renaissance, former home of the Medicis. Pisa – Marvel at one of the wonders of the world – The Leaning Tower of Pisa.

After a continental breakfast at your hotel, check out and proceed to Florence, the capital of Tuscany. On arrival, meet your English-speaking local guide for a city tour of Florence, including the Duomo, the Campanile, the Baptistry with its Gates to Paradise, Piazza Della Signoria – an open - air museum of sculptures, the famous Ponte Vecchio – bridge across the river Arno and Santa Croce where Michelangelo, Galileo and many famous Italian personalities are buried. Drive to Piazzale Michelangelo, a square on top of a hill with its replica of the impressive statue of David and also get a bird’s eye view of the city of Florence. After a delicious Indian lunch, proceed to Pisa to visit the Square of Miracles. Remain spellbound as you approach this precariously leaning tower. Photograph your family with the Leaning Tower in the backdrop. You also have some free time to shop.

Day 09

Onto Milan, world’s design capital. Next, visit Switzerland in miniature in Lugano.

After a continental breakfast, sit back and relax in your coach as we drive to Milan, known as the stylish city and world’s design capital. Milan is the country’s economic engine room, home to Italy’s stock market and business center. On arrival, we take you on a guided tour of Milan where you will see Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Arcodella Pace, Victor Emmanuelle mall, duomo and many such interesting sights. Later, we drive to Scenic Lugano, city full of culture, historic buildings, art and music. This afternoon, Indian lunch will be provided. Next, step into the fascinating world of Swiss miniature where you will see peaks of the majestic Swiss Alps within the reach of your hands, famous Swiss buildings in miniature, lakes which will inspire romantic thoughts, models of trains, funiculars and cableways to make you dream of future trips. Later, we continue your drive into Central Switzerland. On arrival, check-in to your hotel that is situated amidst the majestic Swiss Alps. This location has been specially chosen for you to get a real feel of Switzerland.

Day 10

Today enjoy an Alpine excursion tour to the wonderful world of Jungfraujoch with champagne Lunch on top . Also visit scenic Interlaken.

This morning, after a Continental breakfast, Get ready for an adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, for a memorable encounter with snow and ice – a genuine ‘highpoint’ of your tour! Sit back in your coach as we proceed to the beautiful town of ‘Lauterbrunnen’, where the excitement continues. You will be amazed at the scenic splendour that you see from aboard the ‘cogwheel’ train, which takes you to a height of 3,454 metres to reach Jungfraujoch! This is a trip to another world – a wonderful world of eternal ice and snow. Experience the magic of the mountains and visit the Ice Palace ontop of the longest glacier in the Alps. A visit to the Sphinx is also included. Indian lunch will be provided. Today enjoy Champagne Lunch on Top. Later, we visit Interlaken, a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. Treasure these wonderful moments as you drive back to your hotel.

Today, get set for a day full of fun and excitement as we take you to visit Mt. Titlis with its beautiful scenery and an adventurous ride up the snow-clad Swiss Alps in Rotair - the world’s first revolving cable-car. Enjoy a scenic cruise on lake Lucerne.

After a continental breakfast at your hotel, we take you on one of the most memorable experiences of your Europe tour – visiting Mt. Titlis and Lucerne. Adventure awaits you in a sensational cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Marvel at the world’s first revolving cable-car ride, a truly once-in-a lifetime experience. Remain spellbound as you ascend the snow-clad mountains. Experience the snow and ice on top of Mt. Titlis. At 3,020 metres a breathtaking panorama unfolds. Next we proceed to scenic Lucerne. Check out of your hotel after a continental breakfast and proceed to the glamorous city of Paris. Today, Packed lunch will be provided. On arrival, check-in and relax in the comfort of your hotel. Later in the evening, a hot Indian dinner awaits you at an Indian restaurant. Tonight, you have a chance to experience the glamour of the famous Lido Show – an unforgettable experience on your tour.

Enjoy the sights of Paris on a guided city tour. Also, visit the world-renowned Louvre Museum famous for its artefacts, paintings and sculptures. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris from the top of Eiffel Tower (3rd Level). Enjoy a romantic Seine cruise in Paris.

After a continental breakfast proceed on an exhilarating city tour with an English - speaking local guide, who will show you many of the best - loved Parisian sights – Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalides, Champs Elysees and many more. We shall then proceed to visit the top of the Eiffel Tower (3rd level), from where you will have a splendid view of this beautiful city. How do I confirm my holiday?

The booking procedure:

  • Once you decide to book your holiday on any of the Air Tours Holidays/Vacation Exotica tours, you will have to fill up the Air Tours Holidays booking form. Please read the "Terms and Conditions" of the tour, stated behind the Booking Form. Our Sales staff/Associate Partners will be more than happy to assist you in filling in the same.
  • While booking any of our tours, along with the booking form, it is mandatory to enclose a non-refundable, interest – free deposit amount of USD 500, if the tour price is less than US$ 3000 & USD 1000 if the tour price is more than $3000 Per Person (adult, child).

When should I make the balance payment?

The balance payment towards tour cost should be made at least 60 days before the actual tour begins. On receiving the total tour cost from you, we will be able to issue your air tickets and your final documents. In case the above condition is not fulfilled, then there will be a delay in issuing your air ticket and subsequently arranging your visas. Incase we do not receive the total tour cost at least 60 days before departure, your booking deposit may be forfeited and your booking stands automatically cancelled.

What documents do I need to carry?

Passport:

You need to be in possession of a passport, which is valid for six months prior to the date of travel.

Visas:

It is mandatory to be in possession of valid visas for the country/ies to be visited for travel on your tour.

In case I wish to cancel my holiday, what would be the cancellation charges applicable?

Due to unavoidable circumstances if you have to cancel the tour, the same must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person:

  • 60 days or more prior to the departure of the tour
  • 60-30 days prior to the departure of the tour
  • 30-15 days prior to the departure of the tour
  • 15 days or less prior to departure of the tour Or a "No show" on the tour
  • Non-refundable booking deposit
  • 50% of the total cost.
  • 75% of the total cost.
  • 100% of the total cost.

Airtours Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure without assigning any reason.

All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, but no compensation is payable.

How important is overseas medical insurance?

It is extremely important that you purchase an Overseas Travel Insurance Policy to cover against any possible risks such as damage, loss or accident injury to life or property while on tour.

Refund, if any?

Refunds (If any) for amendments and or cancellations will be paid directly to you by the concerned AirtoursHolidays\ Branch Office / Associate Partners through whom you have forwarded your payments to us. It would take minimum 60 days to process refunds. For cases where an airline tickets is issued, it would take at least 90 days to process the refund (if due). There is no refund payable for any unutilized services e.g. meals entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, sightseeing etc. The company is not liable for any payments due to difference in the exchange rates.

TERM & CONDITIONS

DEFINITION:

It is very simple to book a tour with Airtours Holidays .

"You"/ "Client" the Person /Persons in whose name or whose behalf the booking is made "We"/ "Us"/ "Company" means Air Tours, Inc. "Independent Contractors" means Hotelier/ Hotel owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway. Ferry boat owner / Operator, Coach owner / Operator or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the Client. "Tour Cost" means the amount in the Total Tour Cost column mentioned in the Air Tours Inc. Holidays Booking form at the time of booking the tour.

BROCHURE ACCURACY:

All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control. In case we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking otherwise our Tour Manager or Local representative inform you of the changes. Major road works may necessitate route changes in the Itineraries Indian restaurants may close or change management, all of these may cause us to make changes in the itinerary. Where we know of these sufficiency in advance we will notify you, otherwise our tour Managers or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. There are also very big fairs and exhibition, where all the hotels are fully booked well in advance, and therefore it may be necessary to stay in hotels in other cities.

MEALS:

The menus are pre-set menus provided for meals on the tour. The typeofmeals are clearly indicated under meals. Unlike an airline, we cannot processes special meal, nor do we guarantee a special diet to the client, except to the extent mentioned herein and preferred by you. We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement circumstances make it necessary to do so. In the event that the client wakes Up Late and misses the breakfast offered to him or the client is out on his own and reaches late and misses any meal offered to him by the company, than no claim can be made for the meal which he has missed and not utilized. The exact number of meals being served on each tour is mentioned in the "Inclusions'.

HOTELS:

You will be out sightseeng most of the time and hence we have taken care to select hotels which are comfortable. The hotel rooms have private bath or shower. The hotels will either be those shown in the itinerary or cf the same category. Usually, the rooms are comparatively small, we would recommend only 3 persons in one room for your own comfort. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a roll away cot put in a twin room for the night. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under al circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by you, and the company will not be liable for the same.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

We may often operate more than on coach per departure data. For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary including the flight routing. We will advise you of these amendments, prior to the tour or on tour. In the event that a client misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

COACH/SITTING:

We use air-conditioned/air-coll luxury coaches. We have found it fair to operate daily seat rotation on board our coach, so no seat numbers are allocated. If you are carrying any highly value items on the coach, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such times from the coach. All baggage an personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances your responsibility. Any damages caused to the coach during your travel, shall be payable by you and the company will not be liable for the same.

CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA REJECTION:

All the clients traveling on an Air Tours Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid visa, if applicable. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate/Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of the visa due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate/Authorities. Passengers whose visas are not granted must intimate us at-least 60 days in advance, at which time the company will deduct non-refundable deposittowards Administrative charges and refund the balance deposit amount. However if such intimation is received within the said period of the operation of the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellations rules mentioned hereunder.

The date requested by the client will be confirmed after the client obtains the visa and is subject to the availability of the tour at the point of time.

CANCELLATIONS:

All services such as Airline seats/Hotel accommodation/ground transportation for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges:

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in USD currency only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION:

We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service providers who will provide the services to you during your tour. However we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you. If such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or enquiry by any government/statutory agency having regularly authority over the company.

PAYMENTS:

At the time of booking: $500, if tour cost is less than $3000, $1000, if tour cost is more than $3000 Per Person (Adult/child). 60 days prior to the departure: The final balance tour cost. All payments must be made either by personal /cashier's check, or cash. The credit card payments will attract 4% extra charge.

TRANSFER FROM ON TOUR TO ANOTHER:

A transfer from one tour to another, prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on another.

REFUNDS:

Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with the company's office. For bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or your travel agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would take at least 60 days to process refunds. There is no refunds payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We highly recommend your purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance in order to protect your trip against any unforeseen cancellations.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY:

We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned herein. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running them. We cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/coach operator who are the company's independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

OTHER TERMS:

1. There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit as above per person with a duly signed booking form. The full payment must be received in accordance with the time schedule given by the company. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein before.

2. The company has the right at any time and for any reason:

  • To terminate this contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to the commencement of tour without assigning any reason whatsoever in the event the company terminates this contract, the company shall refund the amount paid by the client without payment of any interest.
  • To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion airline, flight routing or facility, it has advertised or published or to substitute an independent contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
  • No person other than the company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition mentioned herein.
  • In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the client shall have the right: To continue with the tour of holiday as amended or attend or, to accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these above cases, the client shall not be entitled to, or the company shall not be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.

3. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:

  • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any misadventure however caused.
  • Any act, omission, default of independent contractor or other person or be any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
  • The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

4. A) If the client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any of the independent contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the tour manager of the company in order to enable the company to take up the matter with the matter with the independent contractor so that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty.

    B) Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the company in writing within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.

1. It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the company's managers, including tour managers, employees, servants and agents but not to the independent contractors selected by the company.

2. Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other. If any provision be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.

The prices quoted in our proposal have been calculated at the rate prevailing. The company reserves the right to amend the price in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various cross rates of exchange and/or fuel cost, before the date of departure and charge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before departure by the client.
