ARRIVAL NAIROBI – DEPART FOR LAKE NAIVASHA
On arrival at Nairobi Airport, after you disembark off the flight, proceed through immigration and custom procedures; you will be greeted by your friendly representative. Depart for Lake Naivasha region and check in to Lake Naivasha Country Club in time for lunch. From the top of the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley you can see Lake Naivasha sparkling in the sun thousands of feet below.
Lake Naivasha Country Club became famous in the 1930's as a staging post for Imperial Airways' flying boat service from Durban to London. The Old Colonial architecture is solid and comfortable with accommodation in rooms and cottage set in 12 hectares of green lawns shaded by mature acacias and spreading fever trees. The guest rooms are elegant and cool. The residents lounge has large bay windows. The bar is cosy and adjoins an immaculately equipped snooker room. After lunch, you may enjoy a boat ride in the early evening (on your own).

LAKE NAIVASHA - MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara Game reserve. This world-renowned reserve, which stretches over 1510 sq km of open rolling grasslands, is watered by the Mara River and littered with an astonishing amount of wildlife. It is home to Africa's famous "big five" (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Buffalo). The ultimate attraction is undoubtedly the annual wildebeest migration in July and August, when millions of these ungainly beasts move north from the Serengeti.
Arrive in time for lunch at Keekorok Lodge. Located in the very heart of Kenya’s fabled Maasai Mara National Reserve, Keekorok, meaning abundance in the local Maasai language, Keekorok Lodge has everything possible; no matter who you are, Keekorok will help you feel at home. With the largest gift store in the game park, spacious grounds, countless activities, a sparkling pool, fantastic food and beverage options, and a rich history as the oldest lodge in the Maasai Mara, Keekorok is an unforgettable experience in the Maasai Mara.
In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive. Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day.

MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Rise early this morning for a balloon safari. Balloon trips typically begin with a dawn wake-up call, a cup of tea, and a short drive to the take-off site. Here you can watch as the balloon is inflated then, as it rights itself, you are invited to climb into the 8-10 person basket (which is equipped with safety belts). Piloted by a qualified balloon pilot, the balloon will drift in the direction of the prevailing wind and can rise up and down according to the pilot's wishes. An ideal way of viewing game, it is an unforgettable experience that usually lasts around 45 minutes to an hour before coming down to a controlled landing. A champagne bush breakfast is then served (usually a full English breakfast) as flying certificates are handed out. The support team then load the balloon while you enjoy a game drive back to the lodge in another vehicle to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness a kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes!
After a sumptuous lunch at your camp, proceed for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'.
