Arrive Tokyo - Welcome to Japan!
Today, begin your beautiful journey of Japan with Airtours Holidays. Arrive at Narita Airport where you will be met by your Tour Manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Then check-in to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.)

Guided City Tour of Tokyo - River Sumida Cruise - Visit the Asakusa Sensō-ji Temple - Visit Shinjuku Gyoen - Visit Tokyo Tower
After buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided tour of Tokyo. Start with a cruise on River Sumida and enjoy the landscape of Tokyo from the river. Then, visit the 7th Century Buddhist Sensō-ji Temple in the Asakusa District . Also walk through the Nakamise Shopping Street, which has been in existence since the 17th century, where you can buy local Japanese souvenirs. Enjoy local lunch. Visit Shinjuku Gyoen , that has been around since the Edo Period (1603-1868) as a feudal lord's Tokyo residence. Later it was converted into a botanical garden and in 1949 it was dedicated to the citizens of Japan as a public park. Later, visit Tokyo Tower , that was constructed in 1958, and is an enduring icon of Japan, to get a bird's eye view of Tokyo from the Main Observation Deck at 150 metres.

Tokyo - Hakone Ropeway - Lake Ashi Cruise - Mount Fuji - Tokyo
After buffet breakfast, drive to Hakone and take the Hakone Scenic Ropeway . Thereafter, embark on a cruise on tranquil Lake Ashi. Enjoy local lunch. Later, drive to experience the majestic Mt Fuji , Japan's most famous symbol! Take in the amazing view of the valley below from Mt Fuji (3rd/4th/5th Station - weather conditions permitting). Return to Tokyo.

Tokyo - Train to Kanazawa - Samurai House - Kenrokuen Garden
After buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Tokyo station to embark on a thrilling train ride on the super-express train for Kanazawa (please prepare 01 small bag for 02 overnights, 01 big bag will be transferred to Osaka), a delightful, small town nestled in the majestic Japanese Alps. Over the next few days you will travel back in time as you explore rural Japan where traditional architecture, ancient culture and fascinating customs have been proudly preserved. Enjoy local lunch. Head to Nomura Samurai House , a historic home with landscaped inner gardens and pond in Nagamachi. You can walk through the different levels of the house to see the living quarters and gardens that are well-preserved even to this day. Proceed to the beautiful Kenrokuen Garden , one of the most fascinating gardens in Japan and marvel at the waterfalls, ponds and charming tea-houses.

Kanazawa - Visit Gokayama and Shirakawa-go - On to Osaka
After buffet breakfast, check out and enjoy a scenic drive through the picturesque valley to the village of Gokayama, a UNESCO World Heritage site and enjoy a demonstration of traditional Japanese paper making techniques, where you will make your very own postcard. Then head to village of Shirakawa-go, another UNESCO World Heritage site where you will discover fascinating architecture of old steep thatched-roof Gassho houses that have been around since the 11th century. This unique architectural style, harmonized into the magnificent mountain landscape was developed to help the inhabitants to survive the extremely harsh winter. Walk around the village to experience daily life in this remote area. Thereafter, drive to Osaka. Enjoy local lunch en route.

Excursion to Kyoto - Kiyomizu Temple - Arashiyama Bamboo Grove - Golden Pavilion - Nijo Castle - Osaka
After buffet breakfast, drive to Kyoto and visit the Kiyomizu-dera temple complex, a Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. Later, head to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove , one of Kyoto’s top sights. Standing amidst these soaring stalks of bamboo is like being in another world. Enjoy local lunch. Later drive to Golden Pavilion to see Kinkakuji Temple. Then visit Nijo Castle . Return to Osaka.

Excursion to Hiroshima - Miyajima Island - Hiroshima Peace Museum - Osaka
After buffet breakfast, transfer to Hiroshima by bullet train. Drive to Miyajima Ferry Pier to embark on a short ferry ride which will bring you to Miyajima Island . See the floating Torii Gates – the second most photographed monument in Japan and see the Itsukushima Jinja Shrine. Take the ferry back to the mainland. Enjoy local lunch. Drive to Hiroshima - the city where time stood still when it was devastated during World War II by the Atom bomb. See the Cenotaph which is a tribute to all those people who died due to the bombing. See the Atom Bomb Dome – the only building that remained after the bombing which has now become the symbol of Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Museum . Later transfer to Osaka by Bullet train.

Excursion to Nara - Deer Park - Tōdai-ji Temple - Umeda Sky Tower
After buffet breakfast proceed to Nara, the first capital of Japan, dating back to the 8th century. Visit the Nara Deer Park which is home to nearly 1200 deer. The deer are designated as a national treasure and have become a symbol of the city. Thereafter, visit the Tōdai-ji Temple which has the largest bronze statue of Buddha in Japan, also called the Great Daibutsu. Enjoy local lunch. Later, visit Umeda Sky Tower, one of the Osaka's most recognizable landmarks. It consists of two 40-storey towers that connect at their two uppermost levels with bridges and an escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the center. Enjoy a bird's eye view of Osaka from the observation deck. Later free time for shopping in the vibrant and bustling Dotonbori Area.

Seoul - DMZ Tour - Myeongdong
After buffet breakfast, visit the DMZ (Demilitarised Zone), which is small area that serves as a buffer zone between North Korea and South Korea. Enjoy local lunch. Afterwards, experience Kimchi making and also enjoy wearing the traditional Hanbok costume. Later, visit the Ginseng Centre and the Myeongdong Shopping Street.

Seoul - Guided City Tour
After buffet breakfast, begin the day by driving to the Jongno-gu district of Seoul and pass by Cheong Wa Dae - Blue House . It is the Presidential Residence and gets its name from the blue-cyan colored tiles adorning the roof. Visit the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty. Built in 1395, it is the largest of the Five Grand Palaces built by the Joseon dynasty. Later, ride the cable car to N Seoul Tower , and enjoy the view of city from the N Seoul Tower observation deck. Enjoy local lunch. Afterwards, visit the Seokchon Lake.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries.
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.

- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.

Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour..
CANCELLATION DUE TO BORDER CLOSURES:
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
Single Room Supplement Charges will be applicable in case any of the client cancels the booking of sharing the room together.
