Ljubljana - Postojna Caves - Ljubljana City Tour
After a buffet breakfast drive to Postojna. Enjoy a mini train ride at Postojna Caves. The cave was discovered in the 17th century and opened to the public in 1819. Enjoy a local lunch. Thereafter return to Ljubljana. On arrival proceed on a guided city tour. Visit the Prešeren Square, Triple Bridge, Baroque Town Hall, Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Dragon Bridge, etc. Continue the sightseeing with a funicular ride to the medieval Ljubljana Castle. Climb the stairs to Ljubljana Castle tower and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the old part of the city.

Ljubljana - Bled - Ljubljana
After a buffet breakfast drive to Bled which ranks amongst the most beautiful alpine resorts, renowned for its mild, healing climate and thermal lake. Embark on the 'Pletna' boat and ride to Bled Island to visit the Church of the Assumption of Mary. A legend says that ringing the church bell make your wishes come true. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, drive back to Ljubljana.

Ljubljana - Zagreb - Zagreb City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Zagreb, the Croatian capital city. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later, embark on a city tour of Zagreb. Visit the Ban Jela ić - Zagreb’s central square; St. Mark’s Church - which sports a multi-coloured roof constructed in 1880; the Hrvatski Sabor; the Banski Dvori and more. These are some of sights you will see on your tour of this charming and vibrant capital. Later check into the hotel.

Zagreb - Plitvice:Lakes - Zadar
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Plitvi e Lakes, and join your local guide for a walking tour of the National Park – famous for its lakes, waterfalls and lush green forests. Experience a boat ride. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed to Zadar. On arrival, experience the unique Sea Organ and the 'Greeting to the Sun' at Zadar’s beautiful waterfront.

Zadar - Zadar City Tour - Trogir - Split
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed on a guided city tour of Zadar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Begin your tour of the Main Square which gives you a good overview of Zadar. The city has had a turbulent history of fighting off the Venetians, Crusaders and Turks over the centuries. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed to Trogir. On arrival begin the walking tour that takes you through its important historic sites such as the City Gate, The Fortress Kamerlengo, the Duke's Palace and The Cathedral of St Lawrence. Drive to Split.

Split - Split City Tour - Dubrovnik
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed on a guided tour of Split. Your tour will lead you through the labyrinth of medieval streets within the walls of Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a well-preserved fortress and a living part of the Old Town. Enjoy a local lunch. Thereafter drive to Dubrovnik. On arrival enjoy a cruise along the Dubrovnik coast.

Dubrovnik - Dubrovnik City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a city tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide. Beautifully situated on a promontory jutting into the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik was once an independent maritime republic rivalling Venice. The guided tour will introduce you to the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries, and the impressive ramparts, erected during the Crusades to protect the town against land attacks by the Arabs. Enjoy a local lunch. Also see the 15th-century Rector's Palace, built in Gothic style, with Renaissance and Baroque elements. Later, experience a Cable Car ride that transports you 778 meters from the base of the Old Town to the top of Mount Srd offering clear views of the sapphire blue waters and Elaphiti Islands.

Dubrovnik - Kotor, Montenegro - Kotor City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, check out and depart for Kotor Bay, Montenegro. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed on guided city tour. Travel around the UNESCO World Heritage listed Bay of Kotor, Explore the scenic towns of Kotor and Budva. The sights that dot the eastward route are just as captivating as the country’s eventful history. Your first standout sight is the Bay of Kotor, one of Europe’s southernmost fjords. Travel through Risan, one of the oldest towns on the bay to beautiful Kotor. Explore the piazzas and the city walls. Drive to the town of Budva.

Budva - Tirana - Tirana City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, check out and depart for Tirana, Albania. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed on a guided city tour. Visit the Skanderbeg Square, the Ethem Bey Mosque, the Pyramid of Tirana - originally built as a museum dedicated to the communist dictator Enver Hoxha; the Peace Bell; Mother Teresa Square, the Polytechnic University of Tirana and the Preserved Bunkers. You can also see examples of Brutalist architecture all over Tirana which was largely influenced by Soviet Russia.

Tirana - Berat City Tour - Tirana
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Berat. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed on a guided city tour. Visit the Fortress, which also encloses the Berat Castle built in the 4th century BC. Also visit the Old Town. Thereafter, drive back to Tirana. On arrival, free time at leisure.

- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Cost of visas to travel on the tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It’s very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED:
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag and 1 carryon bag per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
- All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
