Arrival in Athens - Panoramic Tour
Embark on your exciting holiday as you arrive into Athens, the capital of Greece. After clearing customs and immigrations you will be met by your tour manager in the arrival area. Transfer from Athens airport to your hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.) The remainder of the day is at leisure to discover the ancient wonders of this city known as the cradle of Western Civilization and the birthplace of democracy.

Athens – Delphi - Onto Kalambaka
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Delphi. On arrival, you will immerse yourself in the myths and monuments of classical Greece on this trip to Delphi. Explore the UNESCO-listed archaeological site of Delphi and learn how the city was considered the ‘Center of the World’ in ancient Greece. Stand in awe before the dramatically situated Temple of Apollo, then discover long-lost wonders at the Delphi Archaeological Museum, including the Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos. Enjoy a local lunch. Drive to Kalambaka. On arrival, check into your hotel.

Kalambaka - Meteora - Visit Rock Monasteries - Onto Olympia
After a buffet breakfast, check out and visit Meteora with its impressive scenery, ageless monasteries suspended between earth and sky. Visit two monasteries perched on top of towers of sandstone, which for centuries provided truly inaccessible retreats for the monks. Inside the Byzantine Monasteries see priceless historical and religious treasures.Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Olympia and check into your hotel.

Olympia - Guided City Tour – Onto Athens
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed at Olympia stadium and museum. In the western Peloponnese, in the "Valley of Gods", lies the most celebrated sanctuary of ancient Greece and the birthplace of the most important athletic mega-event of all times; the Olympic Games. At ancient Olympia standing the impressive ruins of the area where athletes trained and ran. Take a shot at racing your fellow travellers, just as the ancient Olympians did after 3000 years ago. We will also visit the museum and see some unbelievable sculptures such as the sculpted decoration of the temple of Zeus - one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the famous Hermes of Praxiteles and the statue of Nike of Paionios. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, drive to Athens and check into your hotel.

Athens - Guided Cty Tour - Onto Santorini
After a buffet breakfast, check out and explore Athens on a guided city tour. See the Panathenian Stadium, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Arch, built to celebrate the arrival of the Roman Emperor Hadrian. Continue on to visit the Acropolis, the ancient architectural masterpiece built during the Golden Age of Athens and the new Acropolis Museum, a striking modern building built at the base of the monument where many of the original statues from the Acropolis are now displayed. Later drive past the Constitution Square, where you might catch a glimpse of the colorfully-costumed Evzone guards, outfitted in the traditional Greek style. You will then pass the Athens Trilogy which includes the University of Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. Continue passing by National Garden, Hadrian’s Arc, St. Paul’s Church, Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and more. Enjoy a local lunch and thereafter proceed to the airport for your flight to Santorini.Arrive at the beautiful island of Santorini, with its sapphire blue water, snow-white architecture, and multi-colored cliffs, considered one of the world's most enchanting getaways. Check into your hotel.

Full day Santorini Island tour
After a buffet breakfast, explore this Greek paradise with a guided walking tour of Fira. See the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 567 meters above sea level. From there you will enjoy panoramic view of the whole island. After Prophet Elias continue to the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian Castle. The village is one of the highest points of the Island and the view is amazing - overlooking the North West part of Santorini. Drive to Megalochori, one of the most traditional villages on the island. Stroll through the narrow streets and admire the traditional architecture. Later, head to the archaeological excavation site of ancient Akrotiri, a former Bronze Age settlement located on the south west of the island. Tour the ancient city that was frozen in time after a volcanic eruption 3,600 years ago. Enjoy a local lunch.Transfer to the traditional village of Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top. Oia hosts the most magnificent views of Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other; leads to this attractive village typical of Santorini’s architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. Witness a beautiful sunset.

- If the tour group is less than 20 people, an extra charge of USD 75 will be applicable per person.
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.

- Cost of deviation : In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer : In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Cost of visas to travel on the tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise shore excursion and any type of beverages in cruise etc. Anything not specified under inclusions.
- Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary .
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE
- It’s very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy
- Keeping in view of Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers..
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
- All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour.
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
