Embark on your exciting holiday as you arrive into Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Meet your tour manager at the arrival area after clearning immigration and customs, and proceed to your hotel & check in. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.) Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time.

Guided City Tour of Rio De Janeiro– Christ the Redeemer - Sugarloaf Mountain
After buffet breakfast, a memorable experience awaits you as you drive to one of the older parts of Rio called Cosme Velho. From here you will take a modern Swiss-made cog-wheel train to Corcovado Mountain, home to the world famous Christ the Redeemer statue, which is also one of the new seven wonders of the world. Later, proceed to Sugarloaf Mountain, located in the Urca neighbourhood. A two-stage cable car takes you to the top of the summit, first arriving at Urca Hill, and then continuing to the top of Sugarloaf, reaching a height of 1,295 feet (395m) from where you will enjoy splendid views of Rio de Janeiro and its surrounds.

Rio De Janeiro - Tijuca Forest and Botanical Garden
After buffet breakfast, visit the Botanical Garden, the Sensory Garden, the Brazilwood (the country derives its name from this tree), the Turtle Lake and the lake with the giant-waterlily. Walk through the bicentenary imperial palm trees as you go to the Orchidarium and Bromeliad house. Then, visit the Vista Chinese gazebo and enjoy a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro with mountains, forest, and ocean at 388 meters above sea level. In the distance, you can also see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. Afterwards, proceed to Tijuca National Forest, one of the largest urban forests in the world. See the Taunay Waterfall and walk through a simple trail as you learn more about the Atlantic Forest, its flora and fauna. Later pass by the famous São Conrado beach to see the hang gliders and para-gliders.

Rio De Janeiro - Flight to Iguazu - Visit Iguazu Falls (Brazil) - On to Iguazu (Argentina)
After buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguazu (Brazilian side). Later drive to the National Park of the Brazilian Falls. Located on the west-end of the Parana River, the Iguazu Park is a huge tropical rain forest which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is one of the largest forest reserves in South America. Countless flora and fauna species live in it. We will take an elevator down to the base of the waterfalls and stop right above the river level. From a 1,000 meter footbridge, we will be able to admire the majestic Iguazu Falls or go up an elevator to the Salto Floreano viewpoint. Later drive to the border crossing into Argentina and check into your hotel.

Iguazu - Visit Iguazu Falls (Argentinian side)
After buffet breakfast, proceed on a full day tour of the Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls. Iguazu National Park - a total of 55,500 hectares bears the name of the river which means “Great Waters” in Guarani language. The majestic Iguazu Waterfalls are surrounded by a lush subtropical rainforest. With around 275 falls these are amongst the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. On different footbridges, we will visit the heart of the waterfalls, appreciating them from different angles. We will visit the Lower circuit refreshing ourselves with waterfall drizzle. On the Upper circuit, we will stop at different viewpoints, and then reach the balcony at Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). This is the most amazing of all falls: water falls down from a height of 80 meters. Get set for the Great Adventure tour. The tour combines rainforest and waterfalls. We will drive trucks into the vast wild vegetation joined by experienced guides. We will get off at the pier and board a boat to sail the Iguazú Inferior river canyon, rafting the river rapids to appreciate falls from the San Martín islands peaceful backwaters. The visit to the Three Musketeers falls and Devil’s Throat will be the highlight of the Great Adventure tour. Sailing the coast of the island, get to the next exciting point: the San Martín falls.
IMPORTANT: We recommend clients carrying an extra pair of clothes, a towel and a pair of footwear in order to change because during the Great Adventure excursion everyone will get wet.
Certain visitors with the following conditions are not recommended to ride the Great Adventure Tour:
- People with osteoporosis, neck, back conditions or surgery
- People with heart conditions or surgery
- People with COPD or neurological condition or surgery
- People unable to handle a nautical emergency on the lower Iguazu River

Iguassu - Flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina - Guided Tour of Buenos Aires.
After buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Later, begin your guided tour to discover the charm of Buenos Aires, Argentina's capital, from the chic districts of Recoleta and Palermo, to historic Plaza de Mayo, and architectural icons such as the Colon Opera House, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Palace of Congress. The visit would not be complete without the sights of the first settlement of the city of Buenos Aires, which includes the picturesque neighbourhood of San Telmo, residence of the city's aristocracy until the late 19th century, and Caminito Street in the Italian neighbourhood of La Boca, by the Puerto Madero waterfront.

Buenos Aires - Tigre Delta Navigation - Tango Show with Dinner.
After buffet breakfast, proceed north to Tigre, which is about 30 km away from Buenos Aires, and one of the biggest Deltas in the world. Here, you will go through one of the most beautiful accesses downtown, passing by residential suburban neighbourhoods with their calm narrow roads, Yacht clubs, and mansions. Departing from Tigre’s pier, on board a typical island launch, the green labyrinth of channels and streams will open its doors to let you explore the nature of its islands, enjoying the views of beautiful riverside villas, Victorian docks, English gardens, and traditional rowing and boating clubs. For more than 100 years, the maze of rivers and channels of the Tigre Delta have been a favorite weekend gateway for "porteños". Later, get set for a fun evening – Tap your feet at a Tango Show. Tango Porteño recreates the golden age of the 1940s, which used to be the undisputed reign of Tango, the great passion of Argentine society. It's a journey across time through glorious years in Buenos Aires, where Tango was breathed and enjoyed in every corner of the city. Tango Porteño is a wonderful space where great orchestras live. The scenographic display and the meticulousness of the costumes create the unbeatable aura to transport you back in time and enjoy an unforgettable experience. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries.
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour..
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
Single Room Supplement Charges will be applicable in case any of the client cancels the booking of sharing the room together.
