Purang: The Beginning of the Pious Journey

The next morning after having a toothsome breakfast checkout from the hotel. Today, you will be transferred to Nepalgunj Airport for boarding your flight to Simikot. Enjoy a flight of around 45 minutes to reach Simikot. On arrival, you will be transferred to the helipad at Simikot to reach Hilsa. Enjoy a 30 minutes chopper ride to reach the destination. After reaching Hilsa, head towards Purang, a Tibetan town set at an altitude of about 4755 m. En-route, there will be a halt for the security check to cross the border. Before the journey resumes you can relax and stretch a bit. On arrival at Purang, you will be accompanied to the hotel, on reaching complete the check-in formalities and surrender yourself to the dream world.

Purang: A Day at Leisure

Greet the early morning sun and enjoy your delicious breakfast. Today you have one complete day free at leisure in Purang. Simply relax at the hotel or wander around the nearby areas. Also, try to acclimatize to the height and the surroundings. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Mansarovar: Soak in Divinity

Today your day is reserved for the tour of Mansarovar Lake, which is a high altitude lake and one of the most excellent of the Himalayan beauty spots. The lake lies at an altitude of about 4590 m. After reaching, take a dip and drink the holy water. It is believed that doing the above rituals absolves all the sins of the devotees. After performing the ritual, leave for the campsite to enjoy an overnight stay at Mansarovar camp.

Diraphuk: Enjoy the Trek

Wake up early in the morning and pay a visit to the Mansarovar lake for puja and rituals. Later, enjoy a 2 hours drive to Yama Dwar, the gateway to the great mountain. After that, begin your trek to Diraphuk. After reaching, you will be transferred to your respective guesthouse. Get over the journey fatigue with a refreshing sleep at the hotel.

Zuthulphuk: A Day Filled with Amazing Adventures

Wake up early in the morning, get refreshed, and check-out from the hotel. Today your day is scheduled for some amazing adventures. Begin your trekking tour to Dolma-La Pass, which is located at an elevation of about 5630 m, it is the highest pass on the Mount Kailash circuit. The trek to this mountain pass will test your abilities and stamina too. The beautiful surroundings will keep you on, behold the view of the holy Gauri Kund Lake that sits ahead on the way. After reaching Gauri Kund your trek will become easy due to the flat surface. This long trek will take you to the Zhulthuphuk valley. After reaching, enjoy an overnight stay at the Zuthulphuk guesthouse.

Darchen: Take Back Blessings from Mani walls

Wake up to a refreshing morning and checkout from the guesthouse. Today, you are going to enjoy a 3-4 hours trek to reach Mani Walls. The stones are engraved along rivers, roadsides, or to form walls, Cairns, piles to offer spirits of place. The Mani walls have the mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” engraved on them which translates to ‘Hail to the jewel in the lotus”. These walls are to be passed in the clockwise direction, just the way the earth and the universe revolves. After that, head towards Darchen. Upon arrival, you will be accompanied to the guesthouse for an overnight stay.

Hilsa: Enjoy the Beautiful Road Journey

On the 8th day of your tour, wake up early in the morning, and soak in the calming environs of Darchen. Later, get ready for the road journey to Hilsa via Purang. After reaching, you will be accompanied to the guest house. On reaching the guest house, complete your check-in formalities and relax. Enjoy a delicious dinner at night and surrender yourself to the world of dreams.

Nepalgunj: The Holy Tour Concludes

It is the time to give a hearty farewell to the soulful tour. As your Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Helicopter concludes here. Today you are going to fly down to Simikot by a chartered helicopter from Hilsa. On reaching, board the flight to Nepalgunj for your journey back to home.
